Mantra Koodam Kumbakonam - A CGH Earth Experience

Every element of the stay was beyond expectations - the soothing impact pervades every part of the property. The staff are extremely friendly and warm with a positive vibe at all times. A two day stay was the right duration as well to experience all aspects - the tea kadai with the ever smiling lady making tea and tasty snacks, feeding fishes, the spiritual ambience at the two main temples within the campus and the smiling staff at the restaurant. Special call out to Ranjith and Selvakavi at the restaurant. Thank you very very much. Last but not the least - unbelievable company of peacocks :). Thank you once again. We will be back.

Waiting time at the restaurant post order could be better!

Our recent stay at Mantra Koodam was memorable and serene. The resort is truly wonderful — beautifully maintained, peaceful, and an ideal retreat. The facilities are excellent, and the commitment to a plastic-free environment is commendable. We also appreciated the thoughtful in-room touches such as herbal body wash and shampoo, which reflect the eco-friendly philosophy of the property.

There are some areas where we feel improvements could make the experience even better: 1. Customer Service Responsiveness: While some staff members were outstanding — in particular, Naturist Karthik and Guru from the restaurant — the overall responsiveness could be improved. Requests such as drinking water or buggy service often took a long time to be addressed. Some staff could benefit from further training in hospitality industry etiquette and proactive guest service. 2. Breakfast Service Timeliness: Breakfast is advertised to start at 7:30 am, but on multiple days certain items were not ready until close to 8:00 am. As many guests stay here for temple visits and need to leave early in the morning, timely availability of breakfast would be greatly appreciated.

So far no if I come next time will identify ,I underwent small incident,my car backside glass was broken by hitting a tree which was in the middle of the parking slot..I came to know that my car is the 3rd one in the same place..kindly do the needful to arrest this type of incident in future ..
