Modern 2 Bedroom Apartment in Chapel Towers - Beautiful Table Mountain View

The property was neat & clean upon our arrival. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The apartment has the most amazing view of the mountains. The apartment is a lot smaller than it appears in the pictures but was sufficient for my family. The apartment block is safe and secure with 24hr front desk. Very accessible to the CBD

The apartment block is noisy at night from people in the street and homes opposite the block. The apartment block has a constant marijuana smell which can be smelled in the lifts, in the corridors as well as in the apartment. I found it overwhelming and frustrating to have to deal with the constant smell. The lifts are also not kept clean with dirt and papers on the floor.

The building itself was not as clean as expected especially the lift was very dirty. The apartment we stayed in was partially cleaned, especially the bathroom was not clean, the shower floor and shower glass door not clean at all. I could still see some residue on the floor of the shower. The apartment is really small, compared to the pictures. The people in the building smoked a lot and we could get the smell of "Weed" coming into our apartment a lot almost like every hour. We had a small child with us as well and that smell was definitely not pleasant at all especially for the child. The body corporates rules say no smoking but around every corner people where smoking. I will not stay here again.

The manager is extremely helpful and building staff is nice.

1.host was very helpful and friendly 2. ubers didnt have a hard time finding the location 3.they gave us free coffee, milk which was nice 4.the unit has an elevator which is very convenient 5. this is supposed to be number 1, the host allowed us to check in a bit earlier and to check out late cause our flights on arrival was too early and on departure it was at night, you don't get that a lot ( keep it up -wink) 6. there is security by the reception area , so safety wise we were good and also they are very friendly 7. other tenants didnt bother us , actually a few were inviting us to come chill with them,we didnt but they were still friendly

1. the invertor kept tripping and made a loud noise 2. they was a constant knock from security because the smoke detector activates everytime we cook ,even when sliding door is open
