GBBeautiful decor and excellent location. Area is interesting with a good choice of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Easy walk to Forsyth park and DOT bus service. We spent one night in ( been travelling for few weeks ) it was comfortable to chill and watch Netflix ! Agree with other reviews that you can hear other units, but difficult in this type of property. The only thing we missed was being able to sit outside. We had a problem with water but Charlie responded straight away and it was sorted. Would def recommend

DEBeautiful room with comfortable bed and nice furniture and interieur. Coffee machine worked perfectly and products like shampoo, conditioner were very good. There is a nice Mexican Restaurant called Tacos & Tequila around the corner. If you like walking you will reach the Riverside within 30 minutes. Charlie is a very nice host who supported us in every situation.
USOverall a great place to stay! Definitely could use a new mattress, which is really just a preference thing, but other than that it was fantastic!

USThe apartment was nicely located and the parking free. The decor and amenities were well done. Very cute place and had just the right amount of room for 2 adults.
I emailed the host twice with questions (tv and parking) and didn't receive and answer. The towels and bed were just average.
USLocation was within an easy walk to Forsyth and trolley stop #5 and some restaurants and coffee shops. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was very nice. Another good point is the free, street parking right in front of the property.
As mentioned in many other reviews, the noise from the street and the apartment upstairs was disruptive at times:

The check-in information was not sent by booking.com. We got the check-in information from the host, and he was very helpful in getting in.
