Not what I booked Very small bedroom Shower room was so small Dirty carpet Dirty property What like a full refund as I had to stay in the Local premier inn for two nights at the cost £139 also cost of taxi £16 I find it horrible that you have this on booking.com I will never use your website again

Like the location, and the room was nice.

The bed was a bit too soft

The studio was compact and clean, it had everything for short stay. Great location, close to the centre so easy to walk to bars restaurants, attractions etc. Ideal for one night stay.

We confirmed we wanted parking but the request didnt go through so we had nowhere to park when we arrived. Took a few calls to speak to somebody to rectify the situation and after paying an additional £5.00 we were given the code to release the padlock on the barrier. There does not appear to be any permit free parking, or off-road parking close to the property. The kitchen part has no sink so pots were washed and left to drain in bathroom sink.

Relatively well located - but hard to get there now and until August 2026 with ongoing road works. Easy access. The shower is fine.

It’s not quite a studio flat but a tiny room - pretty uncomfortable, tired looking and in desperate need of renovation. Only a rooflight, so feels even smaller. The mattress is old and completely worn - not comfortable at all. Towels feel old and worn.

Should be fix a curton in window. Matras was a little uncomfortable

Clear instructions on how to access the property and the room. Room also had a kettle, microwave and fridge which was handy. Hosts had even provided a fan (it was a hot bank holiday weekend!). Would stay here again

Not necessarily something "we didn't like" but the TV didn't seem very sturdy on the wall and we were worried it was going to fall off!
