"Comfortable house in a great location that suited our needs for the weekend!"

The location of the house was great! I found the bed really comfortable and the kitchen was a decent size. We had one car that could avail of the parking and that was processed by the host (digitally) which was helpful!

We found having only one shower room/toilet among 5 and its location in the kitchen a little awkward. The stairs were also a little steep however we managed! The WIFI didn’t work and that would have been useful to have access to.

location (place was chosen due to proximity to university, town centre, football ground etc.), bathroom facilities, host responding promptly, bedrooms comfortable. Pool table. Welcomed the tea facilities as we forgot to bring as well as the ice cubes in the freezer. My comments below are meant to be constructive to help you (and guests) in the future. OVERALL, WE ENJOYED OUR STAY.

Internet being down was not good ; I think you should leave a day's grace to sort out a place rather than rushing it. Many properties I've been to have a 'welcome pack / sheet' with key details re : wi-fi, heating instructions (which should not really be necessary but was here). Oven needs an oven tray inside ; tea towels. Utensils a bit sparse - some of these were only resolved because I brought my own but should not need to. I still think the lastminute.com instructions re : getting into the house just creates anxiety - never this late with previous hosts...and with all my details (you, booking.com) what stunt could I pull ?

The house is nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and in a convenient location close to town and a supermarket. Our host was friendly, helpful and communicative. We'll definitely stay here again if we come back to Leicester.
