Apartma ima odlično lego blizu term. Urejeno in čisto.

The keys where left in a secure key coded box that was arranged by the host who made the whole process extremely easy as we arrived VERY late in the evening.

This is not a reflection on the host who was a shocked as we were that his cleaners had not actually cleaned the apartment before our arrival. As soon as the host found out what had happened he was extremely apologetic and ensured that the apartment was fully cleaned the next morning. I feel that this should not reflect negatively on the host but did not make a very good first impression. I know this was a simple communication failure with the cleaning staff but in fairness should not have happened. The staff also removed our personal towel that took several days to be refurned. The Wi-Fi had to be rebooted EVERY day in order to get it to work.
