I did not like that we were not able to use the boat due to the cold weather and choppiness.

USLocation was amazing. We were able to walk to town and enjoy the beautiful holiday lighting displays and restaurants.
Overall very good!! The main thing that the owners need to work on is the master shower. There is much mold in and out of the shower. This is both unsightly and unhealthy for customers. Also, the outdoor furniture cushions are all moldy.
USThis cute, clean gem has a location and view that can’t be beaten! The host was quite responsive!
Just needed more washcloths
USBeautiful waterfront property that appears to be recently renovated. Includes a screened boathouse and dock. Great water views facing southwest so you get fabulous sunsets Super easy walking to quaint small town businesses of various types including many shops restaurants and adult beverages available. There is a pontoon boat available for use that we thought was included in the property cost based on the wording of the property. Unfortunately the boat was not part of the property rental but rather available at an additional rental cost. I would suggest the boat rental cost be noted in the property description so as not to confuse renters. I did see this issue addressed by previous renters but I had not read all rental feedback until the end of my rental. Shame on me Overall a great rental glad we got this rental and I would recommend the property experience
