IELocation was good and suited our needs. Communication with proprietor was good also. The flat was very nicely decorated and bedding and towels were good. There were teabags and other teas and coffee provided on arrival. A washer/dryer and iron with board were provided. Bedrooms were very good size as was the kitchen/living area.
The flat looked like it wasn't fully finished. The handle on the second door into the flat was broken, the tv was not connected. The stoppers in the kitchen sink did not work, couldn't hold water in the sink to wash up. There wasn't a lot of delph in the kitchen. There was a loose wire in the lobby area inside the flat door and the three steps up in this area were high and steep and without a handrail. The entrance into the building was dirty with overflowing mailboxes and mail on the ground, one of the door handles on the external door was broken on the inside. There was no clothes hanging wardrobe in one of the bedrooms
GBI loved everything about the property, the colour mostly and it had everything I need for my short stay with my family
The wi-fi was really poor which made me go outdoors to look for network. Another thing, one of the beds had a loose leg on the lower left which I almost cut my toe on because the bed leg was slunting sideways and there was a wood at the bottom to hold the bed in position which I would have been made aware of.

we paid for cleaning but we did all the cleaning throughout our stay.
AEThe property was advertised as non smoking but the bathroom heavily smells of smoke. We found pair of used socks that doesn’t belong to us inside the bed under the duvet cover.

ZAThe place was stunning had everything we needed. Very spacious and comfortable. Couldn't ask for a better location, close to the trains station, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

MYThe location and the facilities were good.
The heater was not functioning well. And being on the ground floor most of the times we needed to keep the curtains closed and unfortunately the time we were staying there there was a lot of noise at night from floors above. So we were unable to sleep well.
