"It was a good size family apartment and our family was happy and comfortable."

The room was the right size for our family. The location was quiet and the room was comfortable.

We had very little toilet paper and it was not replaced! We had no spare paper in the room. We had to chase up a remote for one of the TV’ and we had an empty conditioner bottle first night.

Breakfast was ok not fantastic. Coffee was a little disappointing so i had tea instead. Dinner was good. I like the room.

The staff was amazing. After looking at our passports they brought our 10 year old a birthday cake and left it in our room along with a very kind birthday card. This was so kind and made her day. This was such a wonderful suprise. Beatiful site wise would could have stayed longer.

"Ideal location for Buriram Castle and Khao Kradang Park."

The staff were friendly and helped us with everything we asked.

The room leaked during a rain storm and we had to move. The service in the restaurant was slow. The staff forgot orders, mixed them up and ran out of ingredients for dishes on the menu. When we checked out, the card machine was not working and made us late for an appointment.
