GBQuiet location close to amenities. My room was clean, and the shared kitchen facilities were functional. The gated accommodation felt secure, with outdoor seating that's great on warm summer days. Good value for money—this was my first stay here.
The main issue I faced was difficulty reaching the warden—I called multiple times on the provided mobile numbers while en route to the venue, with no response until my final attempt. Communication needs improvement, especially given the lack of flexibility around my afternoon check-in despite a 10 a.m. check-out. Additionally, the kitchen lacked basic essentials: no dish rack, which meant washed dishes were left on the drainer until the cleaner came (twice a week), and no kitchen towel to dry utensils. Overall it was a good experience so I would recommend it.
