Ants are everywhere!! Not well cleaned apartment. Towels are dirty. The furniture is really tired. Had to buy toilet paper and kitchen chemicals ourselves.. Complicated system of checking in. Playground was dangerous as it was broken.. Mold is the bathroom! Beds creaking. The personnel might be friendlier.
