amazing apartments - Pleasance in the City Centre

L'appartement est bien équipé, conformément à la description, et dans un quartier calme. David a été très réactif pour rendre notre séjour plus confortable. Nous recommandons cet appartement !

Excellent amount of space and really good location as it was a couple of blocks away from busy areas of old town. All the major attractions were within 30 minutes walk. Even the hike to Arthur's Seat with gorgeous views can be seen. The two floors of apartment offered ample of space for 2 people. The kitchen was well equipped with Tesco and Lidl in the street next to the apartment.

The only complaint was the mattress, as it was uncomfortable - but compared to rest of the place that is a minor thing

The property matches the pictures and the kitchen and bathrooms appear to be fairly recently refurbished. They

RUDE management team. Just awful communication and lack at of handling any matter. On top, they spam you with generic messages, emails and texts. Have to read through pages and pages to see if there is something essential they are trying to tell you. You are forced to sign a rental contract with vague terms that open you up to unjust liabilities. You have to choose between being warm and sleeping - the boiler next to the bedroom makes a loud, awful noise when the heating’s on and kept us up. Terrible bed, like a bouncy castle with no support. It was covered in hair from the previous guest. They changed the sheets after I reported it, but we kept finding that same type of hair around the apartment. Never again, will stay far away from any of their properties.

The apartment is well furnished and very spacious. The apartment instructions were very clear and it was easy to check-in and out. It is close to some convenience stores and cafes. The bedding is very warm and we never used the heating (although it was available). We greatly enjoyed our stay !

Not a major point, but be aware that the apartment is located on the outer skirts of Old town. It is a short (10-15 minute) walk to reach this zone.

Cleanliness and location

The blinds down stairs letting in to much light even in the thick of winter and bed was to small for two adults .

Comfortable, superbly equipped and central for Edinburgh attractions.

Property was exceptionally clean and modern and very well laid out,location was great,not far from royal mile and flagging a taxi from right outside the door was easy when there was a small bit of rain
