"Cozy bungalow"

Nestled in a great location. We walked every morning to a breakfast (Colonial Pancake & Waffle) and coffee (Kollective Coffee) shop. This bungalow was extremely clean and well maintained. The owner paid close attention to detail when designing and staging this rental. So cozy!!! We will be back to stay.

GREAT PLACE! Perfect location. Super homey and comfortable. Definitely Pet friendly. Our little fur baby walked in and immediately made herself at home in the doggie bed there!! It was awesome that there were food and water bowls, leashes. etc. Now for the Human amenities. Loved the Snack basket, nice touch! It was a great place for us stay while visiting Hot Springs. Would highly recommend!!

"Perfect Location. Would Recommend."

The snacks, the information book on the area, the location, the decor, the facilities...all were amazing!

The only thing we didn't enjoy was the bed; it was not very comfortable and the frame wasn't very sturdy. Also, the email with the code to get into the house was not sent to my email until three days after our stay ended. This is more of an issue with booking.com and should be addressed with last minute bookings as we had to call multiple numbers to get the code when we arrived.

The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 was if both sides have guests- you share a wall and some sound does carry. In every other regard this was a lovely place with a great location!!
