Modern new apartment in the heart of Mijas Pueblo

Nice apartment everything you need is there. Nice terras, parking very easy. Elevator is convenient .

Beds are very hard, dishwasher did not function. Floor heating in the bathroom did not function.

The apartment was superb. Exactly as it appears in the photos. Short walk to older part of Mijas Pueblo. If you are not brilliant at climbing hills, take your car to the central car park and use the lift to the main plaza - 1 euro for 3 hours. The cleaner is a wonderful lady who went over and above to help us with access difficulties. It

Access and leaving instructions were rubbish. I couldn't make the key box at the management company office work. The company sent the cleaner to help us and she was fantastic - collected the keys and came with us to make sure we were OK. At the end of our stay, we were told to leave the keys in the apartment and let ourselves out. BUT the keys are needed to get out of both the garage or the street door, so that didn't work! Remote access like this may be cost-effective for the owner and management company - it certainly didn't work for me.

A few lamps in the lounge area would make it a little more homely.

Spacious, well furnished, clean, great location.

The provision of sun parasol for the pool terrace would be of benefit as would floor or table lamps for the lounge.
