"Aspen is very expensive"

Location

Outside porch light was broken making it difficult to enter the property at night. This will be a real problem when there are snowy or icy conditions. Carpet was dirty and a chair was ripped

"Fun in Aspen at the Right Price"

Location was great, facilities were about right for the price point in Aspen (meaning the condo is a little dated with some poorly operating appliances, but met all the needs of the family.)

Tired appliances, exterior facility walkways and steps were not shoveled, STOP advertising it with a fire place that doesn't work, but met the needs and price point.
