Nice apartamento en el centro de Madrid-La Latina

The property was spacious and well located

Not all facilities listed on site were available. I asked for iron , hairdryer and drying rack to be supplied. I was told that these items are not supplied. I insisted that they be supplied as these are listed on site and I expect them to be available. Finally later that night they were delivered by an employee who took photos of items - perhaps they thought I would pack them in my suitcase when I left? At the time of delivery we discovered that cooktop wasn’t working so the employee contacted the owner who arrived and advised he would be back in an hour to replace which he did. After a couple of days we ran out of toilet paper and asked for more and were told that only 2 rolls are supplied per stay. We were 3 people for 4 nights . The fact that the owner had used a fair amount of the toilet part to clean surrounds of bench when cooktop was replaced was very annoying when we were refused more toilet paper . We asked the cleaner who was very rude and aggressive and kept yelling No, No , No( even when we used the translator app for her to understand in Spanish , she was refusing to help). Finally after threatening to report to booking.com, more paper was supplied. There is a washing machine with the door being very loose on hinges. No laundry detergent is supplied either. The online customer service is appalling. And there is no other way to contact them. Along with all that there was also about 5 millilitres of dishwashing liquid supplied and basically hardly any cleaning cloths.

Spacious location for families

It needs to be cleaned. Shower was unpleasant and kitchen was dirty.

A lot of beds. Clean. Bright. Comfortable. has everything you need.

The house was in a very good location as there were many places of interest nearby. There are also shops, restaurants and everything you might need around.

There were cleanliness problems in the house. For example, there was detergent left on the bed linen in the room

There was an unpleasant smell in the apartment.

the apartment was dirty, smelled of dampness, the walls needed to be painted a long time ago, the towels were black, all the windows in the apartment overlooked the wall, the fourth floor the elevator did not work. I don't recommend it

Location, organization of the flat, convenience. Perfect for a couple of days,. especially if most meals are to be had outside.

Facilities were somewhat degradated and was a bit smaller than it looked in the pictures, Was lacking a few basic items (like a cloth to clean dishes and cereal bowls) and the bedrooms were very hot, even though central heating was apparently off and couldn't be regulated. We were 6 and would have been difficult to manage more that a couple of days' meals in the apartment.
