The cleanliness and comfortable of the room.

My first suggestion, should put tagging of qiblat direction for Muslim customers to perform prayer. My second suggestion, maybe provide 1-2 bottles of mineral water for the customer. My third suggestion, give free access of Netflix for customer.

Owner lambat respon..check in jam 1400hrs..1407hrs bru whatapps detail nk check in..call x jwb, chat di app x balas..rumah cantik, tp jam 2300hrs ke atas ada ‘sesuatu’ yg berbunyi dr atas..
