Comfortable stay and convenient access to the promenade. Security in the area was visible and all seemed safe, even at late night hours.

Aircon seemed to be not as effective as it could be.

Absolutely loved the security, from cameras on the car ports, to elevator entrance and having elevators stop on the ground floor for a quick sec for security officer to spot any shady dealings/people.. Appreciated having an all time available, designated and secure parking bay. Thumbs up to Kale who was super helpful when my car developed mechanical problems. Room was clean and tidy

It's quite and the security were available all the time

They are not cleaning up the house, after paying so much money.. You told us that they will be a taxi but that's not true

The rude security There were cockroaches in the unit The residents in the building are so loud There’s no generator in this building and there was no power when we checked in The unit had a damp smell in unit Things are old and rusty Definitely not worth R3000
