Very thin walls. No privacy

My traveling companion had an allergic reaction immediately after taking a shower in the hall bathroom. Visible mold was present. Paper has been stuffed under the shower head perhaps to prevent water from further leaking behind the shower stall? Clearly there is a neglected moisture problem and no ventilation in that bathroom. Tried to call the listing contact person. No response. Called Booking. They attempted to call and email the property and got no response. We had to vacate the property after the first of 4 paid days due to health concerns. We have not heard from or received any refund yet because the property owner/agent will not respond. Booking cannot refund because they are a third party listing agent.

Had a lot of broken things. Almost zero water pressure. Beds were uncomfortable.

It was cute

It had stairs everywhere and when my dad went to bed, the bed fell apart . In the 2nd bedroom the lights nor the tv didn’t work. They gave us a refund for two nights when we left early but then charged $337 for one night for a small 2 bedroom cabin!!! When I tried to tell them it was too much for one night when the BED FELL APART AND COULD HAVE INJURED MY ELDERLY, DISABLED DAD, they did nothing and stopped responding to my messages!! Lawyer talks are in progress! We tried to be reasonable and agree to pay for a night(which was $91) and a reasonable charge for cleaning, but we should have taken my dad to the ER that night and been hateful about the cabin charge!! If I’d known how they’d do I’d have definitely been different!!
