Some things could be improved. eg dishwasher not working and poor communication back when reported, no glad wrap or foil, crockery was badly chipped, oven needed cleaning, not enough sugar, no bath mats or hand towels in either bathroom. In main bedroom, what seemed to be the cleaner's towels were hanging up on the rack.

Nice little neighborhood, quiet and walkable. Very spacious and comfortable for a family. Host was responsive. It was easy to check in and check out. Beds were comfortable.

Our group of 6 loved the house. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen is so well equipped. The house itself feels luxurious and is tastefully decorated. My elderly parents felt very comfortable in the house and slept well.

Loved the location and the size of the home for 5 of us plenty of room. Very well equiped with everything we needed. Lovely private sunny outdoor area too. We would certainly stay again.

Not at all a complaint but would have liked a mirror in my room when sharing the bathroom with two others - just saves waiting 😊

"Excellent venue for a family catch up"

Lovely stylish spacious property. Very well equipped kitchen and modern décor. Very clean and modern furnishings. Excellent location and very short walk to the Merivale shops, supermarket and restaurants. Single level dwelling with easy off street parking.

9am check out is very early. This should be 10am as is usually the case. Instructions for the heating and retracting the outside awning could not be found.
