Ios Seaside house with sunset view and small pool

Everything, particularly the staff. Maroussa and her family could not have done more to make our stay as best as they could, something for which we are eternally grateful. The villa itself was stunningly designed, the pool was a lovely touch for sunrise and the location was good all things considered, being only a 5 minute drive from the port/town. Maroussa helped us with recommendations for food, drinks, beaches, and notably transport, for a very reasonable cost for all the trips we did with her. Its hosts like this that make the experience and I couldn’t recommend a 10/10 review more.

Only one downside was no hairdryer really, but we didn’t ask, so that’s on us really.

Brand new apartment so everything was beautiful! Lots of space & I particularly loved that the bedroom was downstairs & very private!

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property - the only thing I would suggest would be to install a full length mirror somewhere! Possible downstairs in the bedroom area

Position is great, amazing view from the window and pool, house is beautifully decorated.

Due to power cuts, the cleaning pump in the pool had stopped working, the management promptly called the technician to repair this but I was woken up at 6am by the noises coming from the pool technician working, which I didn’t appreciate as hoping to get some rest on holiday! Didn’t have any courtesy kit for the shower, and when asked for more coffee pods and towels we had to wait until 5pm as the owner was away.

Lovely place, great views, can see the sunrise and sunset (just outside of the property for sunset), absolutely amazing hosts

It was perfect place to pass the best holidays in Ios. I recommend this place if you want pass a quiet moment with crazy vue.

Everything! The location was great! The staff totally accommodated you with anything you needed or wanted.

My friends and I stayed at Ios Seaside House from the 24th of August to the 30th. Everything was perfect: from the service to the cleanliness, even the shower products were amazing. The view is beautiful and the pool (which was cleaned every morning) was exactly what we needed with the scorching heat. The house is about 6/7 minutes away from the town center by car, and 2/3 minutes away from the best beach clubs on the island. The owners were always available for any kind of problem we had and made our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The only tiny problem was the single bed in the lower floor, very hard and uncomfortable.
