Fantastic location in Green Point close to restaurants, shops, Mouille Point promenade, and the Waterfront. The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The apartment block is well maintained, secure and has a fantastic roof deck with a pool.

The apartment faces the main road and can get noisy at times.
