Phone was stolen by staff. the management and all staff took no responsibility for this security breach. You pay for a beautiful apartment, but get robbed and then have zero support from the people you pay to. False sense of security. Pity, cause good location and nice apartment.

When reported that our phone was in the building by a staff member, no one, from the security staff to the manager of the apartment to the apartment manager took action to help us. False sense of security! You pay for services and you get robbed in the building.

The host communicated the wrong appartement number with reception (we saw her email to them), which meant dat after a long flight with a toddler and young baby we couldn't check into the appartement. Check in took 45 minutes as we needed to get hold of the host. We were also told to park in parking bay 10 or 11, to then find a note on our car that we would be clamped as this was someone else's bay. The hot water broke halfway through our stay. This was fixed within 2 days, but that meant 2 days without showers or baths for us and our two young children. Despite this, we were not offered a discount. During load shedding there seemed to be a battery that was activated. However this didn't power any lights etc and after 2 hours it would run out of battery and start beeping. This woke us up 3 nights during our stay. The fridge also beeps during load shedding as it increases in temperature too quickly, a problem we haven't encountered in any other accommodation during our 5 week trip. The drier doesn't actually dry your clothes, better to hang them! It didn't bother us as we are from the city and used to it, but the front room does pick up a lot of street noise and noise from the bar downstairs.

The apartment was not the most clean. The linen on the beds was not clean.

Everything was nice except the pillows and bed were not very comfortable. It's got its own inverter and everything else wss so nice
