Winter Gardens Flat 4 Tower view family apartment

Clear instructions made the process easy.

It was nice and warm and cosy, perfect location for us attending an event at winter Gardens

Minor issue -The shower was very tempremental, one minute freezing the next scalding. Not great for kids

We stayed in the Winter Gardens apartment over the weekend with the children and it was lovely, clean and tidy. Jo and Dan are very polite and helpful, go above and beyond to make your stay more comfortable. Very smooth check in with all the relevant information there and then and even accommodated to a later check in for us. Would definitely recommend. We now want to stay at one of their other apartments/properties as they have a lovely variety 😊 and we would love to support their family run business 🤍 thank you ever so much for a lovely comfortable stay x

The appartment was quite warm, could have done with a few more fans as we had to transfer the one from the front room and with it raining quite heavily we couldn't open the windows open far x

Bathroom a bit small but really cannot complain for money
