Private room & bathroom close to Downtown Raleigh

The place is clean. Having a private bathroom was welcome and the host was available when needed but not in our faces

Nothing. You do need a vehicle to get around but this is not unique to this property so we knew that and were prepared

The privacy, cleanliness, space in the room and accommodating host. The mini fridge and freezer was a great bonus!

water pressure, shower curtain and the neighbor's dogs barked all day and some at night, during my stay.

it was freezing cold in the room, blowing cold air while the rest of the property was warm.

The room was spacious and nice

We were not told that other people were going to be there, which shocked us. and the AC kept getting turned onto the highest heat setting to where me and my fiance were literally dripping in sweat the whole night and kept having to get up. We were also called and texted multiple times during the wedding we were traveling to attend, which was rude and uncalled for.

It was quiet and I got to see a part of Raleigh I wouldn’t have seen.

I did not know bathroom was behind door that had a lock on it. Did not have cup for coffee, nor if I could use the coffee maker. Bedroom was too cold especially since fall weather started and the air kept turning on and woke me up, every time it kicked on and shook the door.

I liked EVERYTHING. Bed was SO comfortable! It was almost in the middle of everywhere I needed to go. No more than 30 minutes travel time. Toiletries was supplied. Clean linen, floors... I've already asked if I can return!
