Reasonable place to stay if you need a kitchen and laundry, or if you have several people. Overall clean and comfortable. Hosts answered phone at number listed in app and fixed major problem within a few hours of this call. The bedrooms and living room are comfortably, if simply, furnished. Wifi was available.

The first morning after I arrived, I realized that the sump pump was pumping to a drain inside the house which was plugged. This led to a constant cycle of a running sump pump and water splashing all over the basement. The hosts did not respond to two messages through the app over more than 24 hours. They responded promptly to a phone call, but the maintenance people did not have uniforms or offer identification (or names). The hosts did not check afterward with me or come over to clean up the mess in the basement (where the laundry is). The kitchen supplies are minimal. The property requires clean up (common in Rochester this time of year). There is no functioning carbon monoxide detector.

Peaceful neighborhood & a very convenient location.

Everything was great.

Location, size of the house (3 bedrooms and a big kitchen). The house is confortable and it’s really useful to have a parking.

The lack of good and efficient cooking ustensiles such as large pans or good quality cutlery. It will be also great to have some kitchen towels.

The entire scenery was excellent. It was like being at home.
