The house itself

The noise of the traffic some of the property needed a deep clean, the clock in kitchen did not work ,no fans it was very hot ,no outside lights in the garden. The garden gate is broken we had three dogs with us the shower temperature kept changing. Nowhere to leave all these comments.

Clean, tidy, easy access, dog walking area very close. Contained back garden ideal for our dogs.

Parking outside the property convenient. Sofa comfortable with plenty of dining space.

Single beds only 2’6” which made them extremely tight for adults. Traffic from A14 (but that’s clearly out of the property owners control) should be acknowledged as very noisy considering the warm weather and need to open the windows.

Very modern clean comfortable accommodation.only 10 minutes to felixstow Town and beach

Parking was bit tight I thought it said parking for 2 cars but neighbour seemed to use 2 of 3 spaces .

Smart fixtures and fittings. Clean and modern. Very helpful host.

Lack of clothes storage / hanging space.
