Loved the location, the room, the gym and the staff. It is an unusual hotel by Japanese standards, a converted convent beautifully converted. The staff went an extra mile to help us. Very convenient for the Glover gardens.

The lounge had nothing in it.

Staff is very helpful, and is just great.

Restaurant menu nice, but somewhat limited for a longer stay.

The staff were attentive and lovely, and the little snacks and drinks on offer were very generous. The breakfast was authentic and a lovely start to the day.

Staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. They even gave me a birthday surprise. I like that the rooms are big and spacious (versus the usual Japanese rooms which can be very small) - perfect for our family of four with 2 kids. Everything still feels new and very clean. There is also a small lounge with free drinks and snacks.

Nothing I particularly disliked about the hotel itself but I would only recommend if you are driving. It is not very accessible by bus/train/tram if you are carrying huge luggages as it is on a hill and is pretty steep climb.

とても綺麗でグラバー園内に泊まれるのは魅力的でしたので宿泊しました。結果大正解でした。長崎に滞在の際はまたこちらを利用したいです。朝の大浦天主堂付近とグラバー園付近の散歩はおすすめです。

スタッフの方の対応が一流でした

Location is very convenient to sights. Nice setting. Ms Miyu Kodama, who tries to compensate for the shortcomings of all her colleagues, not only language wise, but also in engagement.

None of the staff understand or speak english except Miyu Kodama, who works in the restaurant and tries to compensate a lot for her colleagues. Kudos!!! Cupboards in room are very dusty on top. Food in restaurant is not really value for money.

It’s my first time visiting Nagasaki. I picked hotel Indigo because for its historical vibe. It’s my first time staying at hotel Indigo, I love its boutique size, and the reflection of the city and city’s history in it’s decoration. The hotel is beautifully renovated, reflecting on Nagasaki’s rich trading history with the West and China. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the famous Glover Garden and Oura church. It’s also walking distance to famous sites such as Chinatown and Dejima. The hotel restaurant is located at the former onsite Cathedral, we had the 7 course dinner, delicious and the service was excellent. The front desk manager Mr. Hang made sure our stay is comfortable and welcoming. Our room is very large by Japanese standard, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is visiting Nagasaki
