The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with everything as described. All the appliances were new and of good quality, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The instructions for entry were clear, and accessing the apartment was straightforward.

The neighborhood is interesting, to say the least, so we chose not to walk around after dark unless necessary. We stayed in a basement apartment where both bedrooms faced the busy main street, making it quite noisy throughout the night. Additionally, locals would gather by our windows and chat for hours during the night. To add to the noise, someone in the upstairs apartment decided that 2 a.m. was the ideal time to use the washing machine. While this is obviously not the host's fault, the overall noise made it difficult for us to get sleep. Lastly, the listing mentions parking, but it's worth noting that parking is only available on the street. On one evening, I could only find a spot at a nearby shopping center. Overall, the stay had its challenges, especially for light sleepers or those relying on convenient parking.

Clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped if you plan to cook.

This is good for those traveling by air, as parking is limited if you want private parking. Luckily, we live right by public transportation, so as soon as we got our parking secured on one of their two private parking, we used public transportation.

The location is terrible. Pulled up to a gang of thugs on the corner drinking and smoking. There are two parking spots but there are no parking signs and traffic cones. Drove for 10 minutes looking for a spot. Called host and he told me I can park there. Only 2 spots for whole building though. On 2nd night heard MULTIPLE GUNSHOTS outside.
