The property was in a good location, close to a metro station. Host Juan Carlos was very helpful and communicative, while the place was clean.

The only minor annoyance was the noise level on occasion, especially near a restaurant, but that is to be expected in any big city, especially in Spain where they stay out late.

Very nice apartment in quiet part of the town. Equipped with everything you need for few day stay in Madrid - comfortable beds, kitchen, washing machine nice bathroom. Few steps from metro station, bus stops and stores. For us the fact that you are accessing the apartment directly from the street wasn't a problem - there is almost no noise from outside. Highly recommended.

The check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. The location is conveniently close to center, but is far enough from it to not be crowded or too busy. The ground floor entrance is also accessible, which is a plus.
