Amazing 2-bedroom apartment with lovely sea views

Appartement somptueux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très bien agencé et équipé ! Literie très confortable. Immeuble sécurisé sur les hauteurs de la ville, à moins de 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville.

La proximité d'un parking public sur lequel l'alarme d'un véhicule n'a pas arrêté de se déclencher pendant une nuit de vents violents !

Modern apartment with everything you need & more for a self catering break, although we didn't use, it also had a swimming pool & gym, what a great addition! Fabulous views of the sea. Would 100% recommend.

It was clean airy and sunshine in morning’s with sea view

The apartment was very nicely appointed, well decorated and the beds were comfortable. It was in a good location and had a beautiful sea view from the outside balcony. It had secured parking too which was brilliant.

I know this is a bit nit picky but the owner asked that all the beds be stripped of the linens and for the dirty linens to be placed in the bathtub of the family bathroom. In my honest opinion(our family is very well traveled) this is the first time that we have been made to strip our beds when our accommodation was over £200/night. I believe that at that price whomever is contracted to clean the apartment should be tasked doing this. Just my humble opinion.

Last minute booking due to our previous booking left us stranded in Cornwall for NYE. Neil and Steve were wonderful hosts with a super quick turn around given how last minute it was. Lovely apartment, clean and highly furnished. The property is a hidden gem in the heart of Newquay - perfect location! Close to all amenities and the beach. We were lucky enough to see the fireworks for NYE it was great. Would happily stay again and will recommend to all friends staying in Cornwall 😊

Unfortunately Newquay had a power cut, no fault of the property but it tripped the fuse, so unfortunately had no power within the apartment- no cooker, kettle, use of any plugs after a long day travelling it was frustrating. We didn’t have access to the cupboard where the fuse box was as was under lock & key - which we appreciate for safety reasons. Steve was able to pop round the next day around noon but meant we were left without any use of plugs for this long period of time - luckily we hadn’t stocked up the fridge! We feel it might be helpful to have the key in a safe with a code and If this incident were to happen again then a quick text to inform of the code to unlock the safe with the key to give access to the fuse box from the property manager would be much more beneficial. But otherwise no problems at all 😊
