Excellent property we all really enjoyed our stay. Clean, roomy great location right in town.

Not a complaint but was not aware no lift to 3rd floor so 30+ steps each way.

Good location, cute place, large area.

Not as clean as we would have liked. The place has no air conditioning, so the windows had to be opened; however, the area is quite busy and loud.

Need blackout curtains or wooden blinds in back bedroom as sun at 6am in morning beams through! Also pillows very poor compared to rest of apartment

Location was excellent for both Ripon itself and exploring the surrounding area. Plenty space for 4 adults to relax comfortably and well equipped kitchen. All rooms spotlessly clean. Outside space was a bonus and we were lucky the weather was good enough to make use of it. Communication was excellent and a couple of minor issues on check in were dealt with promptly.

Very minor and did not spoil our holiday but for a property of otherwise high standard, was surprised no hand towels provided for each guest (just one in each bathroom) and a pint of fresh milk in the fridge would have been nice rather than little UHT milks (a lot of waste if used). No info on where to recycle bottles etc - we took ours home but wouldn’t be an option for guests without a car.

Location was excellent - interesting views of the market place. Very spacious accommodation. The kitchen and dining area looked nice although we didn't have the opportunity to use them on our short stay. The outside sitting area was lovely. Clear guidance on how to find the parking area. Beds were comfortable.

This is being picky, but I have stayed in many self-catering places and I think feedback is important, however trivial. The mirrors weren't always in the best place for drying your hair - the plug socket wasn't near the mirror for example. Not keen on all the artificial plants and flowers as they can soon look dusty. Some areas of the kitchen weren't as clean as they could be. The corner sofa looked nice, but wasn't particularly comfortable. Toilet rolls were very cheap and nasty - seemed a bit penny-pinching There was a stain on one of our pillowcases.
