Central Charm in Budapest's Bustling 7th District

I have been contacted by the property by 3 different agents before my stay, indicating that the apartment has electrical issues and won’t be solved in time. therefore they will offer me another apartment.They were contacting me through what’s up and outside booking app. When I felt suspicious and un safe I declined their offer. Next thing they said that they won’t change my apartment and it’s a miscommunication. It’s the same apartment. While they said that the electrical issue won’t be solved that’s why I can’t stay in the booked apartment. Too many times I was getting calls, emails everyone saying something different. I wasn’t comfortable to stay in this place especially with kids I felt that they are not honest. They did not refund my money. Be careful everyone!! I have all the what’s up chats and emails received as an evidence. Through all my travels I have never experienced something like this before.

The city’s buzzling atmosmophere was amazing. The aoartment was very quite and comfy.

The bathroom was a little bit narrow and jamed, but this is the space that was available.

The apartment itself is nicely renovated and comfortable, situated in an old tenement house that remembers better times. The location is conveniently close to the city centre. The provider communicates promptly and politely.

There is no parking place directly provided by the accommodation, the one available nearby is a privately managed parking area, actually a fenced gap between houses in a parallel street. They charge 10000 HUF (about 26 EUR) for a day, even when the car is left there for less than 24 hours. For unloading and loading luggage in front of the house it is recommended to pay even for very short parking at the street machine. Clearer information about that in the survey description would be helpful.

Our stay at this charming 2-bedroom apartment on Akácfa utca was simply perfect! Nestled in the heart of the vibrant 7th district, we were surrounded by fantastic eateries and nightlife hotspots. The location couldn't have been better, with iconic landmarks like New York Cafe and Gozsdu Udvar just steps away. Despite being in such a lively area, the apartment was incredibly quiet, ensuring we had a restful sleep. Over the weekend, we visited Instant Fogas, which was just a few minutes away and a great spot for fun. The central location made exploring the most vibrant and charming neighborhood of Budapest a breeze. The apartment itself was beautifully designed and had all the comforts we needed. Our host was wonderful, providing excellent recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for the ultimate Budapest experience, this place is a true gem. Highly recommended!
