Bear Pause Retreat/Steps to Pkwy/With Indoor Pool

The location and room were great

My biggest disappointment was how cold it was just outside pool. There was no way we could take my toddler swimming then have to go out in the freezing cold. My daughter was so sad not to be able to swim. I definitely would not have booked here if I would have known this.

The room was so spacious and clean! The bed was comfy and the bathroom was large compared to other rooms our friends had booked in the same complex! We cannot wait to come back next year!! The perfect location to access everything down town! The pool indoors was warm and exceptionally nice! We were so excited to see that yall have 3 condos in this complex! Some of our friends had even booked one of your other rooms and it was so gorgeous also!!

Nothing.

Cozy apartment with plenty of linens/supplies. Nice furniture and plenty of dishes available. Easy to communicate with owner. Very clean and comfortable.

Needs some cosmetic finishing touches on the walls and secureness of the shower faucet. Not a fan of memory foam, but that is a personal preference. It's still a great room with a good location.

Nice king bed have a kitchen with pots and pans all you need.

No hottub.

Great location and communication with hist.

The property is a great location in walking distance to main strip in Gatlinburg. Our daughter loved swimming in the indoor pool. Balcony has view of the space needle perfect for watching the fireworks from the room. Property was very comfortable and well stocked with everything you might need.

There was nothing we didn’t like.
