Pues es muy básico . Basándonos en las experiencias en los demás alojamientos . No facilita la eestancia de manera cómoda y agradable

Pues desde tener que recoger las llaves para poder entrar y por consiguiente también tener que dejarlas en un bar cercano a este , con el inconveniente que conlleva , si está cerrado como ha sido el caso al hacer el check-out. Las dejamos en el piso .

No breakfast at all !!!!

Nobody was there to give us the key, They did not inform us where we could get it. One hour we spent to get in touch with the matter of key!!!! We did not know where to keep the key when we left the house! They could not speak any other language than Spanish.

Las Chinches y lo grosera qué fue la anfitriona. The bedbugs and the rudeza hostes.

I dint like anything realted to this property or it's owners!!! Severe head ache because insecticides, that dont resolve problem!! Leave before the end day!! Moved out!! Complain!! Owner stop respond to us!!!

Everything!!!! Lot's of bedbugs!!! stay off!!!

It’s location & accessibility

Close to fruit and mini market, tapas bar. Close to train station. About 0.5 miles from the Cathedral, Santiago Market and close to the Alameda Park. Seems like a safe neighborhood.

The floors weren’t clean. I found a broom and swept the floor and collected dirt. The dishes needed to be rewarded to make sure we are eating on clean plates and utensils. The key to the apartment had to be picked up at a restaurant about 0.25 miles from the apartment and the host wanted me to return the keys back to the restaurant. Fortunately, we were leaving before the restaurant opened so the host agreed to let us leave the apartment key on the kitchen table.
