Well maintained (with the exception of outside, but we had no need of the yard), recently redecorated? Very well equipped with the lovely welcoming touch of milk, bananas , tea, coffee and sugar and salt and pepper. Kitchen especially well equipped for a short term rental.

The sensor lights in the kitchen and bathroom were really annoying. They would frequently go out when I was cooking in the kitchen or when one was in the bathroom showering or on the toilet!

Clean premises, very quiet. Very well stocked with household items. The rooms are uniquely furnished providing a comfortable vibe. Thank- you leaving fresh fruit and milk. .The home information folder was useful. Good location for catching the local bus or walking to the city centre.

We had problems with the key fobs not working first time. Witnessed drug use in the local area, this was not pleasant. Windows & doors in the .Kitchen & lounge area need more privacy from the outside. The size and position of the TV in the dining area to high. The back yard was overgrown.

This accommodation was fantastic. Jo has really gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, with so many little touches to make it extra special. The kitchen is so well equipped, the beds were very comfortable and the property is beautifully decorated.

We wouldn't change anything other than perhaps a gate at the end of the garden to make it a bit safer if you bring a dog. But it wasn't an issue.
