Property was clean and right by kingdom trails. No need to drive to park anywhere. Kitchen was well equipped. I loved having tin foil, plastic wrap, bags of all sizes and containers. Made it easy to pack snacks to bring with!
It is close to the road. It is you are light sleeper the Noise from the traffic may keep you up.

Very nice place for our group of 7 people. We enjoyed our stay. Located downtown Burke, we could feel the vibe of mountain biking all day long! Tommy’s house is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, kitchen and dining room are huge, the sofa in the living room is confortable, no, very confortable (very appreciated after spending 4 hours on a bike, what a relief!!!). The place is neat and organized. The house’s porch is huge and it is the right place to chill after riding the trails. You can use a stand to wash the bikes and you could even store them in the back house locked shed. You also have a BBQ and a fire pit. It was also very easy to communicate with Tommy. Rent this place and enjoy! You won’t regret it !!!
Be gentle with the coat rack, it is a little bit flimzy

Great location, right by the MTB trails. Beautiful, renovated house with all the amenities. Well designed and spacious if you come with a bunch of people. Outdoor section is beautiful by the river with a fire pit, picnic table and adirondacks chairs!
