Lush Garden House near beaches with private pool.

A beautiful retreat in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We loved the fact that it was an easy walk to the beaches, many wonderful restaurants and also the downtown markets. The gardens are beautiful, and we loved feeding the turtles and watching the resident iguana.

The grounds were lush and well tended. The kitchen was fully functional and the cookware was of decent quality. The pool was refreshing. Parking available on the premises behind a locked gate. The neighborhood was calm and quiet. The AC was strong and the house cooled rapidly.

The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were unsubstantial. The pool is in dire need of repairs. The beaches in the area are small and difficult to access; worth viewing but we didn't return to any of them.

It had everything we needed, pool, terrace with hammocks, comfortable beds and some resident turtles that entertained my grandson

It was a bit far from some of the main beaches/shopping areas and sometimes it was hard to find a Didi, but we managed to find places close by to eat and a beautiful beach if you aren’t phased by 100 stairs!

The house is in a great location in Bacocho, quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the best French bakery (Panorama Panaderia) in Puerto and plenty of other food options. The garden & turtles are a bonus! The house itself is spacious for a family of 5, A/C and spacious kitchen with plenty of basics, utensils etc.

The pool (area) is in big need of some maintenance. Our daughter cut herself quite severely on the steps as there are some loose/missing tiles and very sharp edges. Double bed is not the most comfortable (or big..) either. The house is being looked after by different experts; pool, garden, cleaning, etc. But having staff show up at the house unexpectedly on almost a daily basis feels a bit intrusive during a 1-week stay.

Its all there. Swimming pool, lush garden, comfy beds.

Everything it was perfect. I couldn’t recommend a place more it has been our favourite in Mexico so far.
