Well we ariv3d at 11.30 we were suppose to arive at 3p Atvthe desk she told me if a pay a 5 % of tha day charge i could get selted in so agreed i was suppose to pay 138 us dollars now i am checking my statement she charhed me 177 us dollars a rip off

We have to take out our carbadge we had tonask for clean towels ants innthe room

This hotel was perfect for our family of 4! The location couldn’t be better, we would just walk into the Zona colonial and take ubers to restaurants and places, we had a car which we were able to leave parked in the garage which was nice since there is SO much to do. We had two kiddos with us in the second floor and they had room to play, we got two beds and they were very comfortable, it was nice to have the AC and a ceeling fan, bonus points for free Netflix account! Large shower and all of the furniture was made of sturdy good material which is important when traveling with toddlers! Staff was great and friendly, breakfast was simple but delicious and included which was nice, and the access to the balcony on the second floor was great!

Great location, secure. Pool - small.

No lift. Breakfast was marginal.

The picture you posted as the location is not the same as the hotel location, we need to call the hotel so they can guide us where the hotel is
