Safaya Paying Guest House and Home Stay, Patnitop

Nice hotel, we had great experience and we all enjoyed a lot during our stay. Great ambiance and staff is very good at their work and well trained. I unable to recall the names of the people who were there during our stay but yes best wishes to them all. Thanks for making our stay memorable and enjoyable. We would like to visit again soon.

We didn’t stay there because of the rude behaviour from the owner and he denied us from the rooms and even booking. But if were checking through the websites again and again the rooms were available. Very bad services and the way of talking was really unprofessional.

I have not stayed at the said property, as there was no confirmation from Booking.com or the Background team and there is no room for us. But, the Owner / Manager, Mr. Sachin is very helpful and provided an alternate accommodation. He provided dinner too late in the night and comforted us.

The Background team for the property has been horrible. Though I paid advance towards my reservation, the same has not been communicated to the property management. I made innumerable calls & sent messages, even on the day of arrival, the response has been horrible. One msg was sent that I should talk to property directly, which is not the right way of dealing. Once, I paid the advance, it is their responsibility to keep the room reserved. After 6 pm, they stopped taking calls and responding to messages. I have serious observations on Booking.com team too, who leave us for dealing with property directly.
