Hotel O Happy Homely Stay

Rooms are clean enough for a quick stay if you're on a budget. Lobby, elevator, and area were clean. TV was functional and I watched Tarzan: The Wonder Car. Outside food is allowed.

This is gonna be a long review. BEWARE: The address for this property on Booking.com is wrong. It's in Tingre Nagar and not Kharadi. Please check with the property before booking. If you look at the reviews (sort by latest), there are hundreds of 10-star reviews. These are auto-posted as soon as your checkout date comes and all you'll receive is a "thank you for your review" email. I had to deal with Booking.com CC for weeks to get back the ability to edit this. Wi-Fi didn't work in the 2nd floor where I stayed. Manager said this is because they were still setting it up. Again, not worth the money I spent because I was in Pune for work and needed internet to work at night. When I said my booking includes breakfast, they questioned, asking how can you get free BF at such a low price?! Guess, they should take it up with their partners. So when time came for breakfast, I had to call and request it. There is no breakfast spread nor any dining area. All they had was Maharashtrian poha and they sent a bill along with it. I denied paying and they didn't respond. Overall, shady vibe as the hotel also gives out rooms for 4-hour stays. I leave that to you how to take it.

Well maintained, very cooperative and helpful staff and a very good budget hotel.
