Superior Del Duque ocean view 2 bedroom apartment

The apartment is lovely! Gorgeous sea view and big terrace! Both bedrooms are a good size. Modern furniture and the kitchen has everything you need for self-catering. The TV is huge! And all communication from owners/ managers was fantastic! 5 mins walk to the beach and restaurants and 2 supermarkets 2 mins walk away. The complex was clean and very well kept.It was also very quiet. We loved the huge swimming pool too, which was never overcrowded. Most of the time, no more than 10 people around the pool. One day, it was just us!!

There was only 1 negative of the whole place, and that was the stairs! The complex is on a steep hill and the apartment is at the top. It's great to keep you fit but I would not recommend it to anyone with any health issues or mobility issues. Also families with small children, prams etc.

The property was in a nice quiet location but not far to all the restaurants and beach .

The apartment is spacious, clean, and has a lovely large balcony- terrace looking out over the ocean and the coast which is supplied with modern electric awnings. It has a wide panoramic and ocean view from all the rooms. Terrace goes throughout all the rooms so you easily access it and have enough space for people to sunbathe on one side and on the other to have lunch at the same time. The main bedroom had a large spacious bed, which was comfortable (medium - firm, not hard) with air conditioning. Second bedroom with two single beds (medium - firm, not hard). The overall size of the apartment and the 2 bathrooms next to the bedrooms made a perfect match for us. Kitchen was well fitted out with everything we needed. The apartment has a laundry room with a washing machine that worked great, as well as good quality appliances, a dishwasher, iron, and ironing board. Location, overall it is great. You can walk to the beachfront in 5-10 mins. There is a slight hill. The resort is slightly on a slope, so expect a few steps. Next to the complex, there is Spar and a couple of other local supermarkets. There is a little bar 'Tiggys' and tiny shops for essentials opposite the entrance to the resort, useful for an evening drink or breakfast. Also, a small Italian restaurant with reasonably priced pasta and great pizza, well recommended. Slightly further ahead, you can get to La Caleta easily for dinner, on the other side to the El Duque main beach or with a short drive to the Siam Park, Siam Mall, or quickly anywhere really to all the main areas. Parking is available free outside the entrance of the premises.  Pool was great, clean and warm, never busy, and with easy-to-get sun beds It is a calm neighborhood for relaxation, romantic time or family holidays. The host was friendly and helpful. Overall, I do recommend the apartment.
