POP ART Conde Negro de Sevilla

We really enjoyed our stay in Sevilla, especially during the festival period. The city was colorful, and full of life.
The apartment was overall comfortable and met our expectations. A few items could use some maintenance but nothing that seriously impacted our stay. The location is excellent with many places easily reachable on foot. The high ceilings were a big plus and made the space feel very spacious and airy. Parking can be a bit challenging for larger cars but our host Bruno was very supportive and gave clear guidance, which helped a lot. He was kind, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay.

The online check-in form was overly complicated and difficult to complete compared to other Booking stays.

Communication with the host was excellent, they were flexible with both check in and out which was very helpful due to our flight times. The apartment was in a quiet road, a 20-30 min stroll through characterful narrow streets to all the must see places (not sure we ever walked the same way, and there was plenty of pitstops for refuelling!!) The apartment itself was excellent for 2 couples with 2 separate bathrooms and a pleasant living kitchen area with everything we needed. The outside space was an added bonus and a nice area to relax in after a busy day. We had a great stay here, Seville is a beautiful city with lots to see and do, would definitely recommend if you like city breaks and walking.

Sistema de registro. Es tedioso y complicado. Hemos estado en otros departamentos y este es de lejos el peor que vimos. Por este motivo no volveríamos

According to the host, Booking.com doubled booked the apartment. We didn't find this out until we got to the actual apartment in Seville. Booking.com refunded our money but we had to pay twice as much to get a hotel at the last minute. Am waiting to see if Booking.com will refund the difference.
