POP ART Conde Negro de Sevilla

The apartment was amazing, affordable and close to everything we wanted to see. Bruno was a very accommodating host and ensured we had a lovely stay. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Seville.

Hard beds. Noisy outside window

Nicely decorated apartment located 15 mins walk from main tourist sites. Comfy beds. The person managing the apartment was nice and friendly. He delivered extra coffee and shampoo.

It said it was soundproof but that is incorrect. The apartment is located on the ground floor and you can hear when people come into the building all the time. We could also hear steps from the apartment above and hear everything within the apartment. I would say there is no soundproofing at all. I requested 2 extra pillows in advance and that wasn't provided.

The apartment is really beautiful. High ceilings, bright colours, nice paintings. Beautiful view on the rooftop. New complete kitchen with plenty of tableware and a dishwasher. Two nice bathrooms with a powerful shower. Great bed with soft sheets and bedspread and memory foam pillows. It is really quiet and the rolling shutters will provide you a good sleep. Relaxing sun beds at the terrace. The very kind and helpful apartment manager Bruno will answer all your questions and make your stay very pleasant.

The shared swimming pool on the rooftop was not clean. On the bottom, we saw green algues.The filter system was not turned on. On the second day it was activated and the pool turned green. I compared it with 2 other swimming pools on the rooftop and they were clean. Maybe good to check this regularly. There was a leakage in one bathroom but the technician was immediately sent to solve it. Unfortunately, there was no sun at the terrace, due to high buildings but you have it at the rooftop. There are no sunbeds at the rooftop. It would nice if 2 sunbeds would be available there.
