Location.

Very noisy. Walls paper thin. Uncomfortable sofa and bed. Kitchen badly equipped. Toilet seat broken. Floor in bathroom dirty. No balcony as advertised. No hot tub as advertised. Not what was expected for the money.

The apartment was nice in a lovely location!

The facilities advertised were unavailable and under construction! The construction work was extremely noisy! There was no terrace! We had to check into another hotel because of the noise from construction work which we were not informed about.
