-Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. -Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. -We want to ensure your stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible, so please take a moment to review our important policies and procedures. * Additional Guest Charges: We can accommodate up to 3 guests in our property at the base rate. If you plan to bring more than 2 people, there will be an additional charge of $50 per guest, per night. *Early check-in and late check-out, both subject to availability: Early Check-In: Available upon request for $25 per hour (first 2 hours); $50 per hour thereafter. Late Check-Out: Available upon request for $25 per hour (first 2 hours); $50 per hour thereafter. Please contact us to arrange early check-in or late check-out services. All requests must be confirmed and are always subject to availability. * Guest Identity Verification: As part of our commitment to safety and security, we require the principal guest to complete our verification process. Additionally, we require the principal guest to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport) during the booking process. If you are denied in this process, your reservation will not be honored and subsequently the reservation will be canceled. Upon arrival, all guests listed on the reservation must also verify their identity through the security camera at the property entrance. Each guest must present their government-issued photo ID in front of the camera before receiving the entry code. Access to the property will only be granted to verified guests who have completed the camera check-in. No unregistered visitors or additional overnight guests are allowed. * Guest Registration Form: You will be asked to complete a guest registration form. This helps us ensure that your stay is personalized and tailored to your needs. It also aids us in providing assistance during your visit. * Primary guest minimum age: The minimum rental age for the primary guest is 21. * Credit Card Authorization: $200 will be temporarily held during check-in to cover incidentals, extended stays, or any potential damages during your visit.
