I liked the accessibility to nearby resources like grocery store, restaurants, shopping all within a reasonable distance/dive. It was a reasonable distance to get to the daily activities we were involved in in the downtown area. It met our practical needs

The property should update electrical capacity to make sure there are no power outages. Also upgrade electrical outlets to accommodate todays electronic needs in the bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms ( ie, three pronged), the broken storm door arm on the front door almost tore our clothing and needs to repaired, excess paper items left out on top of the refrigerator and in some of the cabinet drawers, the refrigerator/ freezer doors were not secure had to double check to make sure it was closed. The Kitchen windows need curtains or blinds for privacy.

good location. plenty of security, I left my small children with my wife everyday I went to work and they were completely safe.
