Central flat beetwen centre and railway station!!

Andrea was a really helpful and responsive host. He made our stay in Bologna perfect.

Appartment is very complete, host is super friendly and location is perfect for discovery of Bologna.

The bed was a bit hard, but ofcourse that's a personal preference

Although the apartment is very nice, I have to stress out the location: 15 min walk from the very centre and 5 min walk from Bologna Centrale railway station or Autostazione (Bus Station)!

Communication before, during and even after were great. The apartment is spacious, stylish and has everything you need for a stay in Bologna. Easy to cook in kitchen, large refrigerator plus microwave and stove. We were there in the winter and apartment was warm with enough warm water. Very, very close to train/bus station and a short walk to everywhere else in Bologna. Great market near by. Super kind owner. You should stay here.

Andre was nice and friendly and the apartment was well positioned. The facilities were OK and being able to make a meal was a bonus.

The apartment was dated although reasonably comfortable. It is building central heating and water and not very warm. The kitchen facilities were a bonus but again muddled. The shower head was awful- nothing a good clean wouldn't help. And the tv is well past its use by date! Please Andre, buy new pillows!

The studio has more space than a hotel room, including a well equipped kitchen. It is in a vintage condominium coming right out of a movie and located in a dead end street on the inner side so very quiet. 10 minutes to the center. Supermarket around the corner.

In general nothing. Nitpicking, the shower is very small and doesn’t have something to put the shower gel or shampoo on. The mattress is ok but could be a bit thicker. Nespresso machine would be nice. Also some personal city guide for example with recommended places to eat would be nice.

A very well-equipped and clean apartment. Located close to the station and the center. Great contact with the owner.

The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the train station, on the way to the historic center of Bologna. Most places I wanted to go to were within a 20 minute walk. The apartment is comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, small eating area, desk, bathroom and bedroom. (There's no "living room" area but I was traveling alone and didn't feel a need for that. The space would be fine for a couple, too.) Everything was clean and well-equipped. Andrea is an excellent host, he met me at the apartment to show me around (he lives right next door), explained how to use the elderly elevator, and then sent me followup texts about good restaurants in the area and other travel questions I had. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
