Posizione, spazio giardino e interni, accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Proprietario si è reso molto disponibile.

Puzza umidità ovunque, non pulito tranne lenzuola e cuscini che non avevano cattivo odore, prese elettriche pericolanti, arredo datato, doccia rotta, scarafaggi in cucina, cose lasciate in giro polverose, condizionatori mobili pieni di polvere. Insomma casa tenuta male nonostante ci passino le vacanze i proprietari stessi.
