The bed ,the room ,stairs ,location .

I liked the location, in the middle of a busy street full of locals. Felt safe, walking distance to BGC although you have to walk next to a very busy road.

The window was boarded up so there is 0 light ; the ceiling in the bathroom had been removed and replaced with hanging plastic covers. The street the place is in is extremely loud. Feels like sleeping in a box.

Excelente habitación, bien equipada en todo . Realmente se preocupan por ofrecer un buen servicio a los clientes.

Place was clean and well lit.

Shower drainage gets clogged.

I like that the location is walking distance to BGC. The location has everything you need. There are carinderias where you can buy food. There are tricycles that can take you anywhere and there’s a laundry shop that’s also near. The building is new and just 3 floors so there are no elevator. Initially we were booked on the 3rd floor but Sir Mike changed our room to the 2nd floor as we have heavy maletas. The building is safe to enter with smart lock. The room is clean and spacious. There’s a microwave oven and a sink for cleaning the plates, mugs and spoons and forks that were also there. The bathroom has bidet and hot and cold shower. The staff were really nice. Sir Mike replies to your queries super quick. The wifi was really strong and my husband was able to work from there with no issues. We will definitely come back here. Thank you again.
